1. Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal you must inform us by means of a clear statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form in section 5, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

3. Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal.
We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
If you requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount proportionate to what has been provided until the moment you informed us of your withdrawal, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.
4. Immediate start and expiry of the right of withdrawal
When you take out a subscription you expressly confirm that we should begin providing the service immediately.
Your right of withdrawal expires early once we have fully performed the service, provided you expressly consented before performance began and at the same time acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal upon our complete performance of the contract.
As long as the service has not been fully performed, your right of withdrawal remains. For the period already used we then charge the proportionate amount described in section 3.
5. Model withdrawal form
If you wish to withdraw from the contract, complete this form and send it back to us. Its use is voluntary.
