Terms of Service

The contracting party is 99 Pandas UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Im Holzberg 12, 73732 Esslingen am Neckar. By registering, you accept these terms for all functions of our web and mobile applications.

Deviating terms only apply if agreed in writing. Additional product or campaign conditions apply as supplements.

You must provide truthful information and keep access credentials confidential. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.

• You must be of legal age. Minors aged 16 and over may use a free account only with the consent of their legal guardian; paid subscriptions require legal age.
• We may temporarily suspend or delete accounts that are misused or violate legal requirements.
• You must promptly update changes to your data in your profile.

Scope and presentation may change as long as essential service features are not materially restricted. We strive for high availability but do not guarantee it. Maintenance windows will be announced whenever possible.

For free accounts, we reserve the right to adjust or discontinue features. For paying customers, the services of the booked plan apply.

All prices include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. We show you the total price, the billing period and the renewal terms immediately before you place your order. There is no trial period; the payment obligation begins with your order.

• Subscriptions renew automatically for the selected period unless canceled in time. There is no minimum term.
• The amount due is charged to your stored payment method at the start of each billing period. Payments are processed by Stripe. Receipts are provided electronically.
• If a payment fails, we retry the charge and may suspend access to paid features until the balance is settled. Statutory claims in the event of late payment remain unaffected.

You can cancel in your account settings, via our cancellation form — no login required — or informally in text form to info@99pandas.de. We confirm receipt of your cancellation in text form. Your access remains active until the end of the period you have paid for.

Independently of this, as a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal; the details are set out in our withdrawal policy. We may terminate agreements without notice for good cause, especially in cases of serious breaches of duty.

After the contract ends, we delete billing data in accordance with statutory retention periods. You can export recipe data before cancellation.

By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide right to use it for providing the service. You confirm that you hold the necessary rights and do not infringe third-party rights.

We may remove or block content if there are substantiated indications of legal violations.

In cases of slight negligence, we are liable only for foreseeable, typical damages. Liability for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss is excluded unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

Warranty claims are governed by statutory provisions. We are not responsible for impairments caused by you or third parties.

If you do not object within the notice period, the changes are deemed accepted; we point this out separately in the notice of change. For consumers, the statutory place of jurisdiction is their residence. For businesses, legal entities under public law and special funds under public law, Stuttgart is the exclusive place of jurisdiction.

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For questions, contact us at info@99pandas.de.
